Howdy! I'm Amy, the founder of Sweater Hound.

Sweater Hound started out of my love for animals — especially my own dog, Harley. Harley's family, and when I went looking for a cute, unique way to show him off, I realized nothing like that actually existed.

I'd spent the last fifteen years designing product for big retailers like Macy's, Bloomingdale's, and most recently Stitch Fix, so when I couldn't find what I wanted, I decided to just make it myself.

After months of hard work, I found the most amazing manufacturers who could bring my vision to life.

Every item on our site is designed and made with love, by me. I love these products, and I hope you and your pet love them just as much.

My goal is simple: you'll get your Sweater Hound piece, people will compliment you on it, and you'll get to say, "this is my dog, and it's one of a kind, made just for me."
